This service was originally designed for our local customers but we have decided to make this service available to anyone within the continental United States.
Guarantee:
We certainly cannot guarantee that we will be able to recover some, all, or any of your data. If we can not recovery ANY of the files you have requested then the only charge will be the cost of shipping the drive back to you, within the continental United States.
What You Do:
If you are interested in this service, please email us at sales@JustAskRuss.com. Please provide drive storage capacity and what files you need to have recovered. We will notify you with shipping information.
What We Do:
We will make every attempt to provide you with an update within 48 hours of receiving the hard drive. Data recovery can be a very tedious task but we are willing to offer this service at a very reasonable rate because WE know what it is like to have corrupt files.
Restrictions:
We only accept IDE drives at this time.
This service is not designed to recovery entire hard drives.
We only accept hard drives from within the continental United States.
Our return shipping is provided through US Postal Service.
